A practice built on small, kept promises.

We are a two-person consultancy in East London, working with people who want movement to feel like part of an ordinary day rather than a separate project.

How we started

From notebooks on a kitchen table to a quiet practice in Hackney.

The work began with a single observation: most movement plans collapse the moment a calendar fills up. So we stopped writing programmes and started writing routines — three small anchors a day, built around what someone is already doing.

What we believe

Five quiet principles we keep returning to

Light beats loud

A four-minute habit kept for a year reshapes more than a forty-minute plan kept for a fortnight.

Time first, then movement

We start with your week, not with a posture. The calendar is the canvas — everything else fits inside it.

Conversation over assessment

No clipboards. We listen, we ask, we draft something together. You leave with words you will actually use.

Re-write, don't restart

If a plan stops fitting, we revise it. Restarting is a sign the routine was too ambitious to begin with.

Curious whether it would suit your week?

The first conversation is short, free, and only continues if it feels useful.
